- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development; design warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, optimise workflows, resolve critical exceptions, establish efficient warehousing systems, ensure service quality/cost control/safety compliance, and drive business goal attainment.
