Warehouse Night Shift Manager

Role Profile

We are working with a well-established logistics and distribution business looking to strengthen its warehouse leadership team through the appointment of a Night Shift Warehouse is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the night operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, safely and efficiently while maintaining high service levels across the warehouse function.

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager you will lead a team of operatives and one supervisor, driving productivity, engagement and continuous improvement across the shift. As the business continues to expand its warehousing capacity over the coming years, you will play a key role in developing operational processes, improving efficiencies and helping build a best-in-class warehouse operation.
The role is on site 5 nights a week, with the hours being 8pm-6am.
