  • Full Time Fixed Term - 3 months contract
  • This position is based in Girraween

    • The Warehouse Assistant role is responsible for ensuring that all samples effectively pass through the laboratory in an orderly fashion, that they are easily accessible by laboratory staff, and that they are removed from refrigeration and put in storage or disposed of once completed.

    Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the role will focus on:

  • Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safe work practices, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records using the ERP system
  • Use the ERP system to manage goods receipt, stock movements, purchase orders, traceability, and reporting
