As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping. Compliance with safety regulations is paramount, as you implement training programs and lead projects aimed at optimizing efficiency. Additionally, you will analyze data to track progress against KPIs while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all daily warehouse operations including packing and sorting
• Train staff and drive performance through effective leadership
• Enforce compliance with safety and health regulations
• Lead and deliver on warehouse projects successfully
• Perform data analysis to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in warehouse/logistics management preferred
