Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? Our client, a well-established B2B distribution business, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee their afternoon/evening operation.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead a team, drive performance, maintain high standards of accuracy and safety, and ensure goods are processed and dispatched efficiently.
The Role
As the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all warehouse functions are completed accurately and on time.
