Shift Pattern- 4on4off Nights 18:00-06:00am 
Salary- From £31,577
To assist in the day-to-day running of the warehouse in line with Company and customer standards. 
To lead a team ensuring good productivity, loading accuracy and the overall performance of the warehouse is achieved to meet customer and company service levels.
 Main Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor:
To supervise the warehouse staff to ensure that warehouse disciplines are rigidly maintained.
To be responsible for the achievement of daily KPI's in order that:
Daily targets are met
Despatch requirements are met
Delivery targets are met
Loading accuracy
Ensuring all operatives are trained in the warehouse discipline of loading/unloading and to arrange retraining where necessary.
