Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (NQF 5 preferred)
- 6–8 years experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse management
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure stock is handled correctly
- Manage stock levels and ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO)
- Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
- Perform monthly stock counts and ensure all stock is accurately reconciled
- Maintain adequate levels of small parts and packing materials
