Warehouse Supervisor 

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy logistics operation based in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency
Manage and support warehouse staff, including Team Leaders and Operatives
Ensure compliance with logistics processes, procedures, and health & safety standards
Monitor productivity, performance, and workflow
Maintain stock accuracy and oversee inbound/outbound operations
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day running

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential)
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
