Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team at Polaris’ integral distribution center for Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PGA). This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by overseeing daily activities, managing special projects, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently exceeded. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams and efficient processes.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AS400, SolidWorks, RF/barcoding technology, and automated sortation/material handling systems.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and sustain measurable improvements.
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards and a track record of exceeding safety benchmarks.
