Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering excellent long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
Lead, support, and develop warehouse staff, including Team Leaders and Operatives
Ensure all processes are carried out in line with company procedures and health & safety standards
Track and manage team productivity, performance, and workflow
Maintain accurate stock control and supervise goods-in and dispatch activities
Address operational challenges and ensure smooth and efficient operations
