Qualification in logistics / supply chain management or relevant certification in warehouse operations Supervisory experience in warehouse operations with proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets) Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams A strong sense of responsibility Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Prior experience in supermarket, e-commerce and/or supply chain operations will be useful Supervising and coordinating ground staffs for daily warehousing activities:
