Job Description

This role oversees daily warehouse operations and ensures efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Supervise and coordinate staff (assign tasks, manage conflicts)
• Monitor order fulfillment process and ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure FIFO and barcoding practices are consistently followed
• Perform inventory spot checks and weekly reports (stock variances, slow movers)
• Coordinate with Online Merchandiser to prioritize and align on fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• Serve as point person for minor warehouse issues (equipment, space, etc.)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's (Required)
