Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the stages of the warehouse process, such as receiving, inventorying, packing, loading, and shipping our products. You will be responsible for managing the safe, efficient distribution operation. This position reports to the warehouse leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the reception, storage and assortment of materials, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety, quality and timely service.
- Manage material inventories through cyclical counts, reconciling physical raw material with system data and ensuring accurate production assortment.
- Analyze area performance indicators and take corrective or preventive actions to meet established goals.
- Measure and report efficiency across warehouse operations and employee performance, implementing strategies and improvements to achieve objectives.
