That’s why we’re looking for proper operational Team Leaders who can keep a shift running smoothly, keep teams motivated and keep standards high when the pressure is on. Not someone who hides in the office all night pretending to update spreadsheets.

Someone visible.

Someone organised.

Someone who can lead from the front and keep the operation moving.

We currently have multiple Warehouse Team Leader vacancies available across inbound, outbound and fulfilment operations working permanent nights on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
