Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a leading logistics operation based in Parkwest Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring efficient stock control and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with production, maintenance, sales, and other departments to determine material and stock requirements for current and future operations
Review, develop, and implement stock control, handling, and distribution policies to maximise efficiency of space, labour, and resources
Advise the purchasing team on required goods, quality, quantities, and delivery timelines
