Warehouse Team Leader
The Role
 Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career? As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of operations while developing your leadership skills. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help guide a small team and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Support the supervision and coordination of a small team of warehouse operatives

Assist in organising daily tasks and workflow to maximise efficiency

Lead by example with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties

Help the team achieve daily targets while maintaining accuracy

Use and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for stock control and task allocation

Assist with stock accuracy, goods in/out processes, and inventory tracking via WMS
