Responsibilities include processing warranty approvals, claims, and repair orders, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and preferably have experience handling customers and knowledge about cars. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid Driver's License are required.
