Reporting to the Team Supervisor of the facility, the operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Wastewater Pumping and Storm Water Stations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the Wastewater Pumping and Storm Water Stations. Support the operation of Wastewater Collection systems and associated Force mains to meet Provincial legislation and Regional standards. Perform minor repairs and maintenance of lift station components, pump and equipment maintenance. Monitor the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to manage all wastewater collection systems and processes. Respond to inquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Compile information for reports to management and the MECP.
