The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting your team on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification and in line with programme. You’ll balance practical delivery with supervision, setting standards, mentoring others and being the go-to person on site.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved with…
Leading a team carrying out excavation and installation of smart water meters

Planning daily activities, allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Carrying out and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and site briefings

Ensuring all equipment, tools and vehicles are fit for purpose and properly maintained

Maintaining strict compliance with Clancy Group and Anglian Water health, safety and environmental standards

Using underground service detection equipment such as CAT & Genny to support safe ...
