We are seeking a responsible and energetic Wave Pool Instructor to oversee wave pool activities, ensure guest safety, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will monitor pool operations, enforce safety regulations, assist guests, and create a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise wave pool activities and ensure all guests follow safety rules and operating procedures.
Conduct safety briefings and explain wave pool guidelines to guests.
Monitor swimmers and pool conditions continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
Assist guests entering and exiting the wave pool safely.
Enforce height, age, and safety restrictions as per park policies.
Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
