Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

• Build target account lists across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, digital lenders and fintech companies.

• Own a revenue/quota target and deliver closed-won outcomes in BFSI accounts.

• Generate leads via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and partner leads (if any).

• Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, current workflows, stakeholders, budget/process, and timelines.

• Deliver tailored demos/solution walkthroughs aligned to banking/NBFC use cases.

• Create proposals, case studies, commercials, and ROI/value justification and manage RFP/RFI responses when required.

• Manage deal cycles end-to-end: objections, negotiation, procurement workflow, legal/MSA coordination, and closure.

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline stages, next steps, and weekly forecasting.
