Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret and follow blueprints to ensure precision.

Weld Inspection Success: Complete projects with a 98% success rate on weld inspections.

Cross-Training: Gain skills in different trades, enhancing your expertise and versatility.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience required.

Weld Test: Ability to pass an initial weld test.
