Job Description

Responsibilities:

Leading welding projects. 

Analysing engineering designs & reviewing technical specifications for welding requirements. 

Overseeing a team of welders. 

Reviewing welding procedures, processes, and documentation. 

Managing welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures to help the manufacturing and welding teams : PQR & WPS 

Managing welders qualification and their renewal : WPQT 

Conducting failure analyses and root cause analyses on welding issues to proceed with continuous improvement 
Welding Engineer Requirements:
Degree in welding engineering such as IWE (International Welding Engineer) 

5 to 10 Years minimum experience in welding engineering. 

Solid leadership skills. 

Strong organizational and administrative skills.
