Primary purpose of the job
Ensure that customer requirements are met with regards to the quality and volume of product delivered.
Key Performance Areas
- Compliance of AIAG and Customer related LASER welding norms and standards.
- Control of LASER welding seam parameters.
- Facilitate training and advise technical teams on Laser Welding techniques and equipment use.
- Control and maintain Laser equipment.
- Monitor and adhere to LASER safety standards.
- Continuously Improve Laser-processes and ensure process compliance.
