CFMWS supports Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and families in their daily lives.

THE ROLE As a deployed Welfare Services Manager, you will evaluate and manage the operations and delivery of morale and welfare programs to the Canadian Armed Forces and partner nations. You will plan, coordinate, and manage a variety of business lines, such as retail, fitness, recreation, sports, travel, and barbering. Your previous managerial experience and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will help you provide the highest level of service to Canadian and/or partner nation clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Sports Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field

A valid driver’s license (Province)

Must have a valid Canadian passport

Experience

Planning, coordinating and managing multi‑business operations
