Take on essential HR and payroll functions as a Plant Administrator at Westlake. This vital administrative role supports the plant's operations effectively.
The Plant Administrator is responsible for overseeing payroll processes, managing HR inquiries, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. You will engage with various tasks, including bi-weekly payroll preparation, filing employee information, and administering the WSIB program. Strong organizational skills are essential as you will also report metrics and coordinate plant activities.
Key Responsibilities:
