Job responsibilities

  • Strong credit analysis skills. The candidate will be able to lead in-depth due diligence processes and coordinate and produce concise and insightful credit memos with clear recommendations, which will be the basis on which credit decisions are made. 
  • Excellent financial modeling skills. The candidate will be able to challenge industry teams on modelling assumptions and be able to understand key conclusions and devise appropriate downside scenarios.
  • Familiarity with, and a basic understanding of, loan documentation, including LMA standard and leveraged finance documents and key ISDA/CSA documentation. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to negotiate and prioritize various documentation terms and show and ability to understand transaction structures.
