Maintain organisational risk register and action trackingProvide monthly WHS reports to ELT and bimonthly to BoardReview and improve onsite & WFH guidelinesProvide recommendations on Seating, desk setup, equipment positioning, manual handling practices, aids & room temperaturesIn collaboration with P&C, act as the primary liaison with the WorkCover insurer, claims agents, and rehabilitation providersMonitor and review progress of injured workers, adjusting duties and plans as requiredDevelop and implement individual RTW plans that support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes Manage return to work processWhat's on Offer
