The Company

Our client is a fantastic Non-Profit based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative HR Team in a newly created role.

  • Maintain organisational risk register and action tracking
  • Provide monthly WHS reports to ELT and bimonthly to Board
  • Review and improve onsite & WFH guidelines
  • Provide recommendations on Seating, desk setup, equipment positioning, manual handling practices, aids & room temperatures
  • In collaboration with P&C, act as the primary liaison with the WorkCover insurer, claims agents, and rehabilitation providers
  • Monitor and review progress of injured workers, adjusting duties and plans as required
  • Develop and implement individual RTW plans that support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes Manage return to work process
