You’ll bring an existing client base, and the judgement to manage a staged transition of long-standing client relationships when the time comes.

  1. Position yourself to inherit a transitioning Partner’s client base and Will Bank over time.
  2. Once the Partner retires you’ll be the sole beneficiary of internal referrals.
  3. Opportunity for new revenue streams and a scale that’s hard to achieve on your own.

They’ve got 250 staff nationally, a strong Melbourne presence, and a Wills & Estates practice that’s approaching a key transition point. A long-standing Partner is planning their exit not tomorrow, not next week but in the foreseeable future. The plan is simple: bring in the right person now, someone capable of running and growing a practice in their own right, and position them for a structured handover when the time comes.
