Windows 11 Deployment Specialist
Our client is seekinga Windows 11 Deployment Specialist based in Calgary for a 3‑month contract to support a company-wide Windows 11 upgrade and workstation refresh initiative.
This role involves imaging and configuring new or refreshed devices, migrating user data, validating system functionality, and providing hands‑on support to employees throughout the transition.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Refresh, upgrade, and configure workstations to Windows 11 Validate device performance and troubleshoot setup issues Conduct onsite meetings with employees for workstation swap, data migration, and environment setup Transfer all critical data including documents, desktop files, browser settings, bookmarks, and PST files Configure user profiles, printers, mapped drives, Wi‑Fi/VPN, and application access Provide frontline support during the transiti...
