Job Description

Position Overview Our client, the Bank of Canada, has a 12-month hybrid remote renewable contract for a Windows Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to projects and platform operations, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading our Windows server environment, both on-premise and cloud.

Provide ongoing level 2 technical support, maintenance, and improvement to the Bank environment.

Provide direct support through the ticketing system (ServiceNOW) to application owners, developers, and related internal and external teams.

Create thorough and detailed documentation (SOPs) of all changes, upgrades, procedures, vendor interactions, and root cause analysis.

Recommend ways to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.

Perform other related activities and deliverables as required.
