Job Description

You will be responsible for

maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting issues related to VMware VDI system, Windows Desktop. You will also work with senior members of the team to support VMware Windows Server Infrastructure. You will provide 1st and 2nd level End User Computing (EUC) support, application installations and support for all Regional employees. You will participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for all VMware & Windows problems.

Key Technical Skills & Competencies (Must Have)

  • 5 to 10 years Horizon View 7.x VDI End user support
  • 3 to 5 years knowledge of Windows Server 2012 – 2016 operating systems
  • 5 to 10 years of experience supporting Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • 3 to 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining Windows Desktop / VDI Image
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supporting VMware Horizon View, App Volumes in a VDI environment
