As the Wireless Sales Supervisor at Staples Canada, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You help consumers and business customers achieve their learning and wellness goals by sharing expertise on wireless tech products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you partner with management to determine and deliver daily financial and non‑financial goals. You commit to ongoing self‑development, sharing knowledge with the larger store team and other business units.
