Design Engineer – Electrical & Interior Systems Location: Hybrid (Toluca, Mexico) We are looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our Design Service Units (DSU) team. This position plays a critical role in advanced design, compliance, integration, and oversight , ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet global automotive standards. Key Responsibilities Lead interior, electrical, and wiring harness/schematic design activities with minimal supervision. Validate electrical loads, routing feasibility, and compliance with automotive standards. Run structural performance evaluations using Altair’s SimSolid. Review and validate junior engineering outputs for accuracy and compliance . Provide technical input during design reviews to ensure first-pass quality. Coordinate with suppliers on manufacturability and cost optimization .
