AIMCo is expanding its HRIS functional and operational teams to support the HR technology strategy and Workday implementation. The role will support and work collaboratively with HR and BT leadership to define a roadmap for future Workday enhancements while managing day‑to‑day system configuration. Responsibilities
Provide subject‑matter expertise on Workday business processes and technical functionality, including configuration management tasks. Support the Senior Manager, HRIS in developing the HR Technology Strategy and roadmap. Design and implement requirements in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation and Learning modules (including configuration changes and new module implementations). Develop and modify system requirements and functional specifications for Workday and other SaaS applications.
