Key Responsibilities
Data Integration Management: Design and oversee file transfers to Workday (monthly/daily transaction processing)
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data integration requirements and specifications
Data Mapping & Analysis: Identify and document field mappings from source systems to target Workday modules
ETL Development: Knowledge on AWS for data transformation and processing
Documentation: Develop comprehensive requirements documents, data dictionaries, and process flows
Lookup Table Management: Design and maintain reference data structures for data validation and transformation
