Job Description
Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience leadingdata conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.
Proficiency withETL concepts and tooling, includingSQL/My SQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies.
Hands-on experience withWorkday data conversion tools(e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load).
Strong understanding of theend-to-end implementation lifecycle, including:
Data requirements definition
Data extraction and transformation
Data loading and reconciliation
Cutover and move to production
Experience collaborating withcross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholdersto resolve data quality and conversion issues.
