Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Developer to lead integration development efforts across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Workday tools, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance business processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in IT, software development, or related fields

  • 5+ years in Workday integration development (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting); implementation experience preferred

  • 2+ years in a technical lead or senior development role

  • Advanced experience with Workday tools: EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Cloud Connect, and RaaS

  • Strong skills in Workday reporting and business process troubleshooting
