- Primary Skill Workday HCM SME Secondary Skill Core HCM Compensation Advance Comp Recruitment security Talent performance and Advance Reports
- 8 years of relevant Workday experience with deep understanding of HCM modules including Core HCM Recruitment Core and advanced Compensation Security Reporting Talent Performance Payroll Integrations etc
- Configure Workday HCM for new functionality and enhancements including calculated fields condition rules eligibility rules and business processes to support outlined requirements while mitigating issues or impacts on other business areas
- Collaborate with HR leaders HR Business Partners HRIS analysts stakeholders and functional teams to understand their needs document technical requirements and determine configuration options
