Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant SME to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise, Workday Learning certification, and experience driving end-to-end learning and development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.

• Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Learning modules, including Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, and Certifications.
• Design and implement learning strategies, compliance training frameworks, and learner journeys.
