Job Description
- Develops an applications, enhancements and support by collaborating with other technical resources.
- Prepares approximate estimates for development and enhancement efforts.
- Contributes to the review of technical design for application development and enhancements by collaborating with system analyst or stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards.
- Serves as a technical resource by providing consultation during creation or enhancement of application and technical inquiries.
- Responds to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 1 year of related/relevant experience.
