Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the long-term workforce strategy by contributing to medium- and long-term workforce and role planning, ensuring alignment with the growth objectives and Group-wide priorities.
- Contribute to the setup and execution of Headcount Controlling in line with local requirements and in close alignment with Headquarters.
- Support the development, design, and rollout of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders and in alignment with HQ guidelines.
- Design, implement, and deliver predictive analytics and reporting to proactively identify trends and enable informed strategic decision making.
- Prepare headcount reporting and collaborate closely with Finance to ensure alignment between workforce data, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
