Compensation Specialist


Job Requirements*


We are looking for a Compensation Sr Associate – Global/US to manage and

govern headcount planning and employment cost activities across U.S. operations

and global functions. This role partners closely with HR, Compensation, Finance,

and business leaders to ensure accurate workforce planning, cost forecasting,

system alignment, and data integrity to support annual budgeting and strategic


workforce decisions.

- Lead the annual headcount planning cycle for U.S. and global populations

in alignment with corporate strategy and financial planning timelines


- Consolidate, validate, and reconcile headcount plans submitted by HRBPs,


regions, and global functions
