  • Drive in-house LMS initiatives across business verticals and ensure >
    90% completion rates forkey programs.
  • Publish regular training MIS and analytics reports.
  • Design and implement employee development and career progression programs.
  • Execute employee rewards & recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee communication through newsletters, mailers, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with marketing on employee engagement campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Drive internal communication and employer branding activities across the organization.
  • Ensure employee engagement initiatives are executed within the approved budget.
