Workforce Development Officer

As the Workforce Development Officer, you will collaborate with the Community Development team and local partners to deliver workforce development programs and will be accountable for program delivery, technical guidance, assessments, outreach, and strategic workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery of immigration and workforce development programs.
• Provide technical guidance on immigration and workforce programs to potential candidates or employers on program eligibility and application process.
• Perform employer or candidate application assessments and provide recommendations for immigration and workforce programs.
• Execute outreach responsibilities with partner organizations to generate program awareness.
