Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and iterating policies, systems, and management rules related to flexible staffing, including outsourcing, labor dispatch, and project-based cooperation.
- Establish a flexible staffing management framework aligned with business growth and compliance requirements; drive standardization, process optimization, and risk‑based governance.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to implement flexible staffing projects, balancing operational efficiency, cost, and risk.
- Build and refine the flexible staffing supplier entry, evaluation, and governance systems; improve partnership standards and management mechanisms.
- Continuously monitor staffing structures, costs, and risk indicators through data analysis to support management decision‑making.
