Location: Risaralda 
Type of Position: Full-time, Indefinite 
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in industrial, systems, data management engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. 
Bilingual: Spanish and English (B2 - C1). 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management within a contact center environment. 
Experience managing workforce operations in a multi-site or virtual contact center.
