Job Description
We are seeking a Workforce Planning Product Analyst to support the design and delivery of workforce planning and forecasting capabilities at Takeda. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and workforce strategy, focusing on transforming complex HR and business data into actionable insights and analytical tools.
This position is embedded within Takeda's People Analytics and Capabilities team and requires deep engagement with HR use cases such as workforce planning, talent metrics, and strategic forecasting, ensuring insights are not only analytically rigorous, but practically meaningful for decision‐making.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support the development of workforce segmentation and understand their distribution across the organization.
