HRO Specialist – HRO (Unemployment Claims & WOTC)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Unemployment Claims and Work
Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) processes. The role focuses on ensuring compliance,
reducing claim costs, maximizing tax credit opportunities, and delivering high-quality
support within an HRO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Unemployment Claims Management
- Review and analyze unemployment claims for accuracy and eligibility
- Prepare and submit timely responses to state agencies
- Coordinate documentation and support hearings and appeals
- Investigate and challenge inaccurate or fraudulent claims
- Track claim status and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor impact on employer tax rates and identify cost-saving opportunities
