Insight Global is looking for a Working Carpenter/Foreman to join one of our engineering and construction clients in the tri-county area of South Florida. The Working Superintendent manages day‑to‑day field operations by primarily supporting the Project Superintendent across active civil and commercial job sites. Responsibilities include assisting with site setup such as installing barricades, directing traffic, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure work is progressing safely and efficiently. This individual will actively perform hands-on carpentry work—including metal doors, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, framing, and basic finishes—while also leading small crews, troubleshooting field issues, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project plans, local building codes, and company quality standards.
